Items will be posted free of charge for a period of one month or until the item is sold, whichever comes first.

Only ads for the sale of general merchandise will be accepted. Ads for personal services, employment or business opportunities, etc. are not allowed.

CCU reserves the right to refuse or remove listings for any reason and will take whatever action is necessary to minimize or eliminate any potential liability.

Advertiser shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that listings are accurate, complete and not misleading in any way. CCU is not responsible for the terms or condition of any items sold.

All communication regarding the sale of an item must be conducted between the seller and the potential buyer. CCU is not a party to any transaction between any individuals who use this site. User assumes all risks.
