For you to receive email notifications regarding password changes, attempted changes or account notifications - your current email and phone number must be on file with CCU.
When you are changing your log-in password to comply with the new security enhancements of CU-Online home banking, please take a moment to verify that your email address and phone number are correct.
You can provide this information in both CU-Online Home Banking and Bill Pay. You must update this information in both places as one does not automatically change the other.
In addition, if you receive eStatements please notify membership services to update your account information by calling the CCU office most convenient for you.
