Mobile banking is simply a more concise version of CU-Online home banking that can be accessed from your compatible smartphone or other device with Internet access. Members can check balances, view account history, pay bills, set up account alerts and much more. It’s banking on the go!
The security features of mobile banking include the same multi-factor authentication as CU-Online which means you must enter your CCU account number, password and when prompted, provide answers to your personal security questions. All transmitted information is encrypted using the latest in mobile security.
Members who already access CU-Online will use the same password to access the mobile version. New CU-Online users can sign up using either the standard CCU home banking site or the mobile version.
