TELLER

Tellers are usually the first person a member encounters when they enter our offices. They need a friendly, helpful person to answer their questions, complete their financial transactions, provide them with products and services, and also perform back office duties.

COLLECTOR

Cloverbelt Credit Union is a dynamic, growing, community minded, federally insured financial institution.

We are seeking a professional team member with excellent communications skills.  This person works well in a team environment, as well as independently, has a courteous manner, and is a self-starter. 

This position for a Collector is an important role in keeping our lending services operating smoothly.  This position will contact delinquent borrowers and provide credit counseling, handle the repossession process and bankruptcies, perform collateral inspections, ensure that all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures, in additional to other related collection duties as assigned.  It is preferred that this candidate has two years of collection experience, and a degree in business management, or another related field.
