For the safety of our community and well-being of our staff and members, we are taking the precautionary step to temporarily suspend face-to-face lobby service in our branches beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
All branch drive-up facilities will remain available during regular hours and will offer most of our usual teller services. Member service and loan department staff will be available to take your phone calls. ACH, direct deposit and other electronic deposits and withdrawals will be processed as usual. You can continue to use your CCU debit/ATM card to make free withdrawals at a CCU location or at an ATM displaying the MoneyPass logo (this includes Kwik Trip).
We encourage you to use our free CU-Online and Mobile App home banking. These services allow you to view balances, make transfers, pay bills, deposit checks and more. You can use the messaging feature in home banking to contact us with questions about your accounts. As always, we’re happy to help you by phone – give us a call at 715-842-5693.
Lending services will continue as usual with loan applications being taken over the phone and online, but not in person. In many cases, loan documents can be signed electronically via email. If you already have an appointment to meet in-person with a loan officer, they will reach out to discuss your needs.
We will continue to monitor public health guidance and look forward to re-establishing lobby services as the need for social distancing diminishes
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
